
Schisandra is commonly used for preventing early aging and increasing lifespan, normalizing blood sugar and blood pressure, stimulating the immune system, and speeding recovery after surgery. It is also used for protecting the liver from poisons.
Start with ¼ - ½ tsp daily. Stir into hot water or milk for an instant tonic tea.
Works well in hot or cold drinks, broths or added into meals.
